Vibration to Logic: Online vibration sensors detect early bearing wear on a primary pump. The BAS automatically enables the redundant pump and tags the primary for service, preventing downtime before it happens.
Condition-Based CMMS: Differential pressure transducers push real-time filter loading data directly to the CMMS. Work orders are generated only at the exact saturation point, eliminating wasteful "calendar-based" maintenance.
Power-Driven Protection: The EPMS detects a voltage sag or transient event and signals the BAS to inhibit large motor start-ups. This protects VFD capacitors and compressors from firing during dirty power events.
